EA Sports is releasing the latest version of Madden today. This year's cover athlete is Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who says that he does not believe in the infamously silly yet persistent Madden curse. One could argue that Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes killed the curse back in 2020, but then again it's not really fair to count Mahomes – or 2020 – in these matters. Rated No. 99 overall in this version, Mahomes continues to dismantle everything we thought we knew about the sport, including the Madden curse.
