We were sent to MIke at Quality Auto Glass by neighbors who hired MIke for window work on their boat. Not long after we were given a very positive recommendation from a close friend who works in the Marine industry and knew of Mike and his work personally. If only we would have called him sooner! Prior to finding MIke we were given quotes from two local companies who assured us a follow up call to schedule replacement work for several windows on our boat. Both companies failed to contact us for scheduling and failed to return our many calls. We called Mike expecting to leave a message, but he answered! My partner spoke to him at length about our situation and urgency to have the work done before the rainy season. Mike really took the time to listen and understand our needs, he was friendly, informative, and has tremendous enthusiasm about his work. Mike came out to look at the boat right away, he looked things over and shared a couple different options for our window work. After a concise account of each option we felt confident about a leak free future. Mike came out soon after and completed the work in just a couple days. The windows look wonderful and with MIke's experienced methods we feel confident about a dry, comfortable home for years to come. I thought we were doomed to deal with unresponsive companies who lack professionalism and clearly have little care for customer service, nope we have MIke! It's nice to find people who truly care about their work and the folks they are working with. We already gave MIke's information to our new neighbors who admired the work Mike did for us.

They fixed my driver side window for a good price and finished slightly earlier than the time I was quoted. Highly recommended!
