WARNING: Reservations do NOT guarantee you a spot at this establish!! Worst customer service experience I have encountered in years. I made reservations for my birthday almost two weeks ago, my reservation was confirmed via email and I also received a phone call the night of confirming my reservation again. I arrived around 830pm and was informed my party of 10 was on the “wait list” and there was no spot for us. The staff was rude and dismissive, the “manager” walked away from me mid sentence and just started pouring drinks behind the bar. She also told me the “reason” is they over booked reservations by 30%, what’s the point of making reservations then?? We were continuously treated as if 1- we were wrong/at fault and 2- they could not have cared less. The only reason we got a spot, crammed in a corner where we couldn’t see and had no table service (resulting in 30+ minute waits at the bar), was because another group overheard our issue and crammed us into their space with them which incurred a snarky remark from the door guy and he then proceeded to take chairs away from my party (like literally asked them to stand up and just took their chairs away) because we inconvenienced his path. At one point we tried to ask another staff member to help and were ignored with “my job is just to watch the door”. In the interest of fairness we were comped a handful of drinks which is appreciated, but it was far too little too late.
