I was experiencing difficulty placing a special order from the location nearest my home, so I called the Southcenter store for help. The manager, Anna, was determined to do everything possible to solve my problem. She went above and beyond my hopes and expectations! She researched with her Regional office the best way for my order to be handled, while alerting them to my local store's problems so that they could provide assistance. Then she worked with my local store to make sure my order received proper attention. She called me repeatedly to let me know what was happening, and when. Needless to say, I was very grateful for all of her efforts. I highly recommend Helzberg in general for all of one's jewelry needs, and the Southcenter store in particular for exceptional service. I also believe that my local store would have served me just as well, had they not been experiencing their temporary staffing problems. My ring is absolutely gorgeous.
