My best friend and I made appointments a month out. We were so excited to get our hair done and then come to find out, one of the receptionists didn't book our appointments properly. So we waited weeks, our appointments were lost or never made, and we would have to wait weeks again for actual appointments. Two stars because I really liked the atmosphere inside of the salon. Really crappy though that the receptionists failed us.

The salon itself is very clean and nice. Most of the staff seems friendly. However I had karen di my hair. I asked for a buttery blond color and ended up with a very brassy blond. And the cut was not what I asked for it has extremely sharp edges that flip up.
