My fiancé was turned away for cashing a check made out to him, drawn from a Wells Fargo account, for not having two forms of ID on him. Although, the one he brought, was a state issued ID and he had been to the same branch 2 weeks ago without this being a requirement. Not only does this not make sense (I work at a bank and so know the policy's and procedures for check cashing), he felt as if this was due to his race. This branch of Wells Fargo clearly has messed up ideals as he was profiled in some way or another. I would NEVER recommend Wells Fargo after this incident. I would have rated 0 stars if that was possible.
